Pit and fissure sealants are basically preventive resin restorations/fillings done in first permanent molars without any drilling to seal deep grooves and prevent cavities in the future. This is a research backed preventive treatment done in children to save their permanent teeth. 

We also provide topical fluoride treatments which are protective layer of fluoride applied onto the permanent teeth as soon as they start to erupt to protect them from further cavities.
